PRAYER GUIDE First Wesleyan Church December 2018 Thank you for participating in prayer during this holiday season. Christmas is a great time to refocus our thoughts on the precious gift of Jesus Christ, given to you and me. Use this guide incrementally or as a whole, for devotions or a special time of prayer. May God bless you and keep you. Give thanks to God for salvation and the spiritual blessings He brings into your life every day. Take a moment to recite those blessings to Him in your prayers. Pray that you will express gratitude to God in all things by strengthening your commitment to Him and growing in your Christian walk. Give thanks to God for loved ones in your life who have a relationship with Christ and are growing in the Lord. Pray for loved ones who don’t know or serve Christ, that they will embrace Him, as well as for those who are struggling in their Christian faith.
